The frogs supposed the human's need of being acknowledged is the fear of being neglected, and concluded it should come from the fear of death. They again realized that death should be the root of all problem.

Wasabi tried to tell to the disappointed disciples that everyone was precious to Jesus, but Takuan was pessimistic to that kind of encouragement, for he thought that "to be acknowledged" might be an instinctive need to men.

The disciples other than Peter, James and John looked feeling sad, thinking they had not been chosen.
