Sharing #blueart, but without gumming up the hashtag meant to discuss depression. Apologies for briefly having done so!

I'm Bruce Brenneise, an illustrator of otherworldly and strange landscapes! I'm mainly known for my work on various games: Numenera, Slay the Spire, MTG (still under NDA) etc. Enjoy <3
Well, of course Twitter is going to crop it terribly, but still working on 'The Tower' card for 78 Tarot. Having a lot of fun with it! Initial sketches included for comparison.
What's that, Ozymandias? You want a recount bc you didn't win? Soooorrrryyyyy.
One reason I love painting post-apocalyptic otherworldly landscapes is because they are so oddly optimistic. Everything we know will eventually end... that's a fact. But perchance a new world begins beyond that end, strange and wondrous.
"Glacier Landing", painted for a writing collective, ZM Legacies. (Upper Right). I've also included a WIP and some 'inspiration' pieces from Berkey and Donato I was looking to as I worked on it.
Hey, just wanted to thank all 4,354 of you who follow me! I'm just happy you're here, and I hope enjoying my art. ❤️There'll be more non-NDA stuff soon in 2021. Meantime, these were my favorite pieces released this year. :-)
"Cinnabar's Legions", and "ZUU", just giving some love to some of my vertical pieces on a site that doesn't treat that composition choice very nicely. :-P
@Aeyga_X Thanks for the art share! My best work is otherworldly landscapes. :-)
