The same way Star Wars fans trust Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau with the Star Wars universe: That’s how much I trust @Victor_Cook1 and @Greg_Weisman with Spider-Man. Wish they could tell more stories with Peter Parker. #SaveSpectacularSpiderMan
For some reason, this panel always stuck with me. Ever since I first read it as a kid, it's been an image that defined Spider-Man for me as this ever-present, mysterious figure that stands in the way of Peter and his relationships.
“The Lady and the Prowler” contains some of the best storytelling ever done by Stan Lee and John Romita. It features classic Peter Parker introspection, high stakes soap opera drama, lots of exciting reversals, and a painfully good ending. One of my all-time favorites.
One of my favorite moments in Spider-Man history. Peter defeats Morlun using what truly makes him special: his intelligence, quick thinking, and imperfection. Amazing storytelling by Straczynski and John Romita Jr.
Paul Jenkins really killed it when he crafted this haunting dream sequence. It was such a beautiful way to convey Peter's mindset at the time. @mypauljenkins
