I know the literal next panel is a joke but I wonder if there is some truth to Kappa's response. I love the jealous trope so it would be fun if it came up in season 3 👀

I forgot how much I miss some of the scenery from the shark castle. And the feeling of the beginning of their relationship? Absolutely pure. It's always nice to get little flashbacks like these, reminds me of the first time I started reading the series 😁

Let's hope that they don't have to separate again like this so that we never have to see their heartbreaking goodbyes ;-;

It takes a lot to make all three of them dumbfounded but Kappa is just that talented XD. Or rather, I think Mucku is confused, Mono is disappointed, and Neth is just pure shock/done lmao

This panel told us everything we needed to know about these three. They may be wise, powerful, or smart, but they lack the sympathy to create a lasting empire and that is the one key trait that allows Queen Nee to stand above them 😤

I things its a neat detail, even tho its sad, that we can see Kappa's anxiety first start to peak out when he gets separated from his friends. It's just a nice touch at the trauma to come

Ah yes, the good ol' celebratory meditation lol. As a side note, Mono's quiet support of Kappa's success by patting/rubbing his head is so cute🥺

I like to imagine that it wasn't "witch endurance" that cost Mucku to fight off Jengu's charms but rather that she cared deeply about Kappa and could tell something was wrong that stood out to her more. I feel that Mucku's sympathy was always on display here
