I like how even when they were thrown by Ogo, when Neth could have spent more time worrying about Mucku and Mono, she still held onto Kappa to make sure that he's okay. I think it's just a nice little touch that really shows her more caring side :D

From the following backstory, we find out that Mucku is the one that came up with the idea of them abandoning their prior name and just going with evil witches. As a result, I think its both a deflection and an acceptance that she says the old her would be an "evil witch"

I find it interesting that it was Mucku that brought up the idea of going to seek for revenge. After all, she doesn't remember what happened but I think on some level she could feel the anger that Mono and Neth had as well as knowing she needed to give them a reason to keep going

I appreciate the little foreshadowing that this was to the threat we would meet soon. Sorta like an angler fish, you can see it appear sorta on the right side of the first pic, shine straight into the cave on the second and pass by by the third. Very creepy 😨

If this was the being that was trying to talk to Siren, what a risky and dangerous way of talking to him. Granted, it all worked out in the end and I understand but still, it was very hairy there ;-;

I think its so cool how Siren immediately goes into action mode knowing that Pagoon is going in recklessly so he immediately goes to make a distraction to save him. Such quick thinking and such bravery from him, it's an all time favorite moment that I think gets often overlooked!

God its so creepy how the illusions are there and then gone in an instant. It really makes it feel like they're all in Siren's head, like they're not even tangible to us. If Siren's not looking at them, they aren't even real to us and that's honestly even more horrifying

I love how you can actually see the being in the shadows or the shadow itself if it is the living creature, just hiding in the glow behind Kappa, as if waiting for Siren to enter the fake Kappa's arms before ensnaring him and trapping him down there. Super creepy honestly 😨

I love this parallel that Pim has with Neth and Kappa of feeling that they can shelter all of the pain and danger of their respective parties. Its selfless in practice but at the same time its naïve and dangerous; I love them tackling it in their own respective ways!

I do wonder how much of a role Siren and Kappa will each play in solving the problems of prophecies and curses. Since they're intrinsically tied to them, it makes sense for them to at least research a solution together, but it would be cool if Siren played a key role as well!
