If you want to see an explicitly deaf Clint Barton, I highly recommend Hawkeye (2012), All-New Hawk-Eye, and Hawkeye VS. Deadpool! The later is a personal favorite, showing Wade trying to sign, and lifting his mask so Clint can read his lips.
