Various maple seedlings in progress that I weeded. The last one was starting the first true leaves in the center.
@h0llydeer Building my compost bin and making ramen! (Also writing porn?) Doin okay! As long as I don’t think about the outside world lol
Elevated pre-packaged ramen I made for my wifey. You can softboil eggs easily, put 3 eggs in boiling water just covering about an inch of the pot, put a lid on to steam for 6 mins, ice bath, peel and store in soy sauce & mirin. Also threw in bacon, sesame seeds & field garlic.
Collected a TON of field garlic, cleaned, cut up, setting it out to dry for future food seasoning :)
Downside: Had to work again despite the fact that I’m worried about getting sick.
Upside: The deer came right up to the windows.
But they ran when I came closer.

Allium vineale ie Field Garlic. Sorting, trimming and cleaning. Then chopping them up fine in order to dry them. I’ll keep moving them around to dry them evenly, and then store them in a jar to use when I cook! I’m also gonna try freezing them in ice trays for a non dry version.
