Allium vineale ie Field Garlic. Sorting, trimming and cleaning. Then chopping them up fine in order to dry them. I’ll keep moving them around to dry them evenly, and then store them in a jar to use when I cook! I’m also gonna try freezing them in ice trays for a non dry version.
