If you like Doki Doki Literature Club, I have two recommendations:
Higurashi: When They Cry -- fun at first, then horrific, then inspiring; similar themes and tonal shifts
Book Girl (light novels) -- high schoolers with lots of trauma and they like literature a lot

I was in need of a silly lighthearted manga, so I bought this series (the ebooks are on sale). From the creator of "Kiss Him, Not Me" so it's a shoujo comedy. This one has a very over-the-top protagonist who's obsessed with an idol boy, whom she swaps bodies with at random times

I never saw it, but I think it got a sequel a couple years ago? Or maybe a reboot.

Time to read "Mimi wo Sumaseba" (1989) by Aoi Hiiragi, AKA the manga that formed the basis for the Ghibli film "Whisper of the Heart" (1995)
