This week the focus is on Renoir's final years spent at Les Collettes.

This rare double sided drawing by Moore, Seated Figures, is on display at the gallery. One side has curved and twisted bodies, while the other has abstract forms and a sketch from the Helmet Head series. The complete series of Helmet Head sculptures is on show at @WallaceMuseum

Born in Zborov, 1904, Jacob Bornfriend was part of a group of emigré artists who fled Nazi-occupied Europe for the UK. His work was influenced by Heron and Lanyon.
