Well at least I managed to complete a mosaic while waiting for Artemis 1 😆 portion known as Comprising 9 frames each 15-20x60s and stitched using SiriL, Affinity and manual.

A night of cooling breeze and honeysuckle. Not that dark especially with the moon but shorts and T-shirt wins every time! Good to see Saturn again plus a quick capture of as it dipped between trees.

Finally back with scope after a break due to health. Tee-d up a quickie capture mosaic of with (10mins exposure) then 25 mins on -don’t look too deep (noise!!) Miss me?😜😂

Thanks for the May idea of imaging Rather jumped the gun last night - 25mins exposure using 8" SCT; FR0.63; ASI533. 40 galaxies+ in a one shot image - certainly makes you thoughtful...

Excellent sky last night - redid M51, M63, M101 with UVIR filter to compare with LPro from last week. More detail, less colour. Gradients OK. Still needed high gain. Went on to chase down NGC3521 in Leo and Hicksons.
