I'm really starting to think it's Toyatoro purposely drawing it as a form of implication...
It's right after the wish, right after Goku and Vegeta, start their new UI and Hakai training, and the movements are too similar to just be common referenced poses.
But Hindsight is 20/20

Perhaps the only evidence that Granolah may have UI, in conjunction with likely having Hakai?!
I still think no matter what, he can't use BOTH at the SAME TIME, because of then opposite mental states.
