Introducing Baljinder Kaur!
'I’m passionate about the power of children’s books and their ability to transcend barriers and transform our social landscapes. I love drawing people and I’m keen to explore stories that help us to connect deeper'
This evening we have the wonderfully detailed characters of Brooke Bourgeois
Brooke says: “…my illustrations have been heavily influenced by film, animation, and architecture. The heart of the matter never changes, though: drawing to make people laugh.”

This morning we’re introducing Kathryn Wanless
Kathryn says: “stories have always been my favourite thing. I love reading them, writing them, drawing characters, and I also spend much of my spare time acting in theatre (total story immersion!).”
Todays illustrator is Sheena Davies. We love her loose energetic line.
She says “I love to draw people going about their everyday lives. I often find that fleeting moments can be the images which bring the most
energy.”
