I watched these on VHS, then in DVD many years later...
The parallels between the lives of the characters before & after they reincarnated is fascinating & the relationships between them is truly complex.

Kyosuke Kasuga & Madoka Ayukawa (Kimagure Orange Road)
KOR got 18 volumes + TV series + movie too.
The triangle relationship between the 3 main charas will stress you out until the end 😆
For me, the most memorable & powerful character is definitely Madoka, that strong beauty!🥰

Kaori Makimura & Ryo Saeba from #CityHunter, Tsukasa Hojo's masterpiece & in my eyes one of the best manga ever made, I can't possibly recommend highly enough.
I can understand that someone who would binge read it now might not feel as strongly about it as I did in the 90s though

#sailormoon was a revolution: it introduced new concepts in the shoujos/magic girls genres, but I think that what is the most noteworthy is this strong feeling of tragedy in the relationship between Usagi & Mamoru...something rarely ever seen in the genre to this very day.

This period Feb~April is one of my favorite since everything seems to turn pink, sweet & lovely between #ValentinesDay , #Sakura season & Spring coming!💗🌸
