Also tossing out my little alternate palette ideas for the badger 🦡

I wanted to try a more 3d drawing of the badger fursona. I remember why I don’t do this often! But it’s been a long time, and this was a fun experiment for lighting and thinking about his design more realistically.

Commission for @jacktheredpanda of his character taking a nap in the shade. Loved drawing that big cuddly tail! Red panda furries are so lucky.

A super enjoyable commission for @Ty_Foxface of Ty as a big chubby foxtaur! This was such an awesome exercise and the pose and process were so much fun for me. Did some grass with the stock Procreate brush for some summery relaxation vibes :)

Continuing - another fun option I've considered is doodle pages in pencil or pen, colored with watercolor, markers, etc. They could be bigger, too.
The first collection is all in highlighter as a challenge for myself. The closeups are all together on a different page too!

I do a TON of traditional art but I'm shyer about posting it. I wanna change that. I do markers, water media (watercolor, gouache), and pen and ink. These ones i could to ship! They'd be a little more expensive than digital. Thinking I'd work in 5x7" to 8x10" size?

My digital sketches are going to be in this style - rough lines with hatching for texture and shading and flat colors. This something I can stylize flexibly and can accommodate some specific requests OR do artistic freedom where I'd play more with colors or texture.
