@zorofab @RottingVale Her post-timeskip hair is kinda symbolic of Bernie finally getting used to speaking to people. Well, her immediate comrades at least. That being said, this Three Hopes design looks like it's barely the beginning of that arc. Still pretty scruffy. That's my interpretation.

@UltimaShadowX Even if there were some of the best barbers and hairdressers in Fodlan, Bernie wouldn't pluck up the courage to go to one. So... this is her "solution"
