Dunno when I started doing it this way, but I usually go for #2.

Sort of an inverted approach, but I like how the solid areas of black draw more attention

My wallet may be a fair bit lighter, but it was worth the money in the grand scheme of things.

So hopefully I can whip out some better art in the future with this, and it can hold up over time.

Only drew these 2 illustrations on it so far, so I'm still getting used to it 💪✨

Gonna try and go from grayscale to color like I did with that Hollow Knight fanart the other day.

Usually I color first, then shade, but I figured I'd try out a new workflow
