Genuinely curious if there’ll ever be a US Blu Ray release of the original Space Battleship Yamato series, or at least the movies. I LOVE 2199, and really liked the live action film. I’m more than ready to jump into what started it all.

I think I know which Blu Ray set I’m buying next.

I gotta finish the Gundam trilogy and my current rewatch of Yamato 2199 first, but I will get to this.

@TheSchlockJock @FlipOtaku Alrighty, going off what I've heard so far, I'm gonna jump in with the Mobile Suit Gundam Trilogy. The original series as a whole is a bit much of a time commitment for me at the moment. By all accounts, the trilogy sounds a great starting point. I'm really excited.
