Done some iteration on my >10 year old design to try and get some sort of vibe going for how to do pixels with more energy. I like the idea of a helmetless sprite but I cant make a face that I like.
I've noticed the couple of Faxandu enemies I included here have some stray black pixels - I suspect they're an error in their ripping, since the game has a lot of black in its backgrounds.
Been working on this chap a little today. Trying to set him up so he subdivides nicely and maybe try out some sculpting on him. #Blender3d
Having fun deforming some layered brickwork for a big old town well. I particularly like this one tall brick that looks like it's part-way fallen out.
