i'm glad the final product turned out to be more lively than the sketch, usually i have a hard time preserving the dynamisms of the lines but i'm glad it actually got pushed more during the painting process

@SteveWithaB warner bros didn’t do retakes, so they’d just have to leave the mistakes in—too costly and arduous otherwise. on the plus side, they got *good* at taking measures to prevent mistakes! there are definitely bigger mistakes out there. one of my favorites is daffy’s orange arm
