i realized the values could be improved, so i made some subtle tweaks so that they have a little more contrast
again, very subtle but i'm being kind of a perfectionist so bear with me

it was designed for art, but i also made some .pal files for emulators! actual NES games were designed for the original palette, so it either looks cool or kinda weird - here's some examples of both
