'Sunset Walk' - Late in 2019 I painted this scene as I remembered when I used to share sunsets with my little dog. The painting went to a good home on Merseyside. #art

Twenty yrs ago I was living in Missouri - in Kansas City specifically - when I received a commission for a black painting. Just black. I suggested they save a load of money and paint it themselves. Ok then, some colour would be ok, they said. So I painted "Kansas City at Night".

"Tory Island"- I painted this panorama of the view out to the iconic north #Donegal island 12 yrs ago based on a view myself and the dog had on our daily walks once upon a happy time. #art

'Poulnabrone I'. This was the first time I painted County #Clare's iconic portal tomb - eighteen years ago. The painting of the megalithic monument went to a good home in Kansas, and now lives in Derry following a detour to Australia.

"The Races". Something I may not have shown you. I painted it back in 2010 having started it a couple of years earlier following a trip to Clonmel with my Dad when he was working the race meeting.

Coastal Connemara II was painted twelve years ago when everything seemed much simpler. I can't remember who bought it so I don't know where it now lives. #Galway
