The Pokémon TCG is making a Professor Willow card to celebrate Pokémon GO’s 5th anniversary, so I did a quick sketch of what I think he’d look like in Ken Sugimori’s art style.

I used Professors Oak, Rowan, and Sycamore for inspiration.
