You do not need to be a #macrosmatic to realise that these paintings are all Allegories of Smell. From #Ribera, #Rembrandt to the beautiful #BruegheltheElder but it is #Molenaer who leaves no one in any doubt as to what his painting is about, esp that bloke in the back 🥴 vss365
