Sunburn Sakura is an alternate form of Sakura.

First debuting in MSH vs. SF as a secret character, she's the result of a training session with Ryu, and falling asleep under the sun.

This lets her perform the Raging Demon, and makes her closer to a traditional Shoto.

This is also the reason for GG2: Overture only featuring Sol and Ky as returning characters, as these were the two characters ArcSys KNEW they owned.

Everyone else is a newcomer, scrapped, or too obscure to own the rights to (not playable, important, or labeled as 'That Man').

Fun fact, Athena does sing in both Psycho Soldier and KoF (I mean being an idol is a big part of her character), while Iori plays the bass for a jazz band in KoF.
