Using the 3 simple brushes for this, rendering looks super clean, I like it. Didn't allow transform/liquify so she looks a bit derpy :P
Back to comfort zone. Working on muscle memory by only using 3 basic brushes, too many/complex is hard to use. Should help with consistency.
Tried to paint this like a traditional alla prima painting, no selections or transforms etc. Turned out nice, very efficient process! :o
A lot harder to get right than yesterday's painting. I like the sketchy hair, brushstrokes look like strands of hair :o
Well this was tons of fun to paint. Short time limit, has to be correct on the first try. Last minute tweaks got her features in place.
Something a bit more comfort-zoney today. Starting with separate layers for shapes & light is so much easier than direct painting on 1 layer
Well... didn't come out that great again, but I have a couple of ideas to try tomorrow. Maybe those will help o.O
The top one took maybe 4 hours of repaints to go nowhere. Just wanted to make a mars landscape. Just going to have to try again :P
Realized I'm kind of bad at thumbnails. 3 and 4 turned out cool. I'll have to practice just making thumbnails for a while o.O
Channeling some Mad Max vibes today. Tried photo textures as a starting point, really helps to get things started fast. Turned out great!
