Near the top of the Hill I reached the path through a small wood. Here, there are little doors in some of the trees (fairies I think!) and some long abandoned Badger sets.. I once saw a baby fox but never since!

At the BeeHives I started the ascent of the small hill up to the Ridge. Preparations are evidently underway here for the Spring; clearance of the dead grasses and some pruning.. I followed a meandering path up.
