All the visual novels made by Arc System Works I've played were at least decent, so it's likely that World End Syndrome will be good, and besides, it can't possibly be worst than a certain other visual novel with a title hinting the end of the world.

I remember someone complaining about how there're few chubby cute girls in games or anime nowadays, and how a certain Visual Novel tricked players with a well-rounded cutie who becomes very slim later. Well, how about Yuma Mashiro from Zanki Zero? She looks pretty cute!

Unlike most isekai manga, this is not a wish-fulfillment harem story. This is a love-letter to the FF series, filled with cool references and nods but also a lot of creativity and passion. I recommend this manga to anyone who ever liked playing a Final Fantasy game!

Final Fantasy Lost Stranger is one of the best "isekai" I read in years! It's up there with Drifters. The protagonist is not an overpowered asshole with a harem. It's basically an exciting adventure in a Final Fantasy-like world with its own original characters and elements.

Even though it was developed in the west, this is one of those few games that manages to bring out that distinct Japanese charm to their game. I would love to play the games made by YummyYummyTummy.

Might as well take the opportunity to mention M-1. It was kind of an odd idea to begin with, but it was surprisingly hilarious when I last watched. I haven't followed it for a long time because I felt it would eventually worn out. I don't even know if it's still a thing...
