@Alexia_MuelleRu The rain was still falling steadily and he pulled the collar of his Mackinaw coat up around his exposed neck to fight the chill. He didn't have a hat and his hair was wet. He came out into the clearing and saw the big, gray draft horse seemingly content despite the rain.
By then the rain had stopped and the sun shone brightly. She nearly blacked out that sun. She must have weighed a ton, but she moved with a grace that belied her size. He wondered what it would feel like to gallop her. Grace. Pencil and watercolor on paper. 7/8/22
@KeibaKate @hisa_us @BreedersCup If you bring Crown Pride back to the USA, I’ll learn how to make HISA compliant crops myself and make them for you. Love that horse!
The little boy rode bulls and horses in the rodeos with confidence, but before he turned eight he had sworn off pork. When he showed his old dad the piglet and the animal nuzzled the little cowboy, his dad fully understood. Piglet. Pencil and watercolor on card stock. 6/14/22

@FHVictoriaKeith Crown Pride! Just wish Damian Lane had retained the mount. He knows the horse and knows to rate when the pace is hot. The horse is a closer.
Long before they reached the top of the homestretch, he knew he had a ton of horse beneath him. It was as if Crown Pride was just waiting to be asked. When he did ask, the fleet-footed colt exploded beneath him. The race was never in doubt. Pencil and watercolor on card stock.
