Here's some of my 2022 favorites!
5/ This is where almost all Cabins concepts start, and the next step is to combine this idea with my art style and visual language.
I think of the building as a character! How can the character's traits be conveyed?
3/ Whenever a possible Cabin aspect comes to my mind, I write down a note, or quickly look up a few references. I've got tons of these ideas, and the ones I find most interesting make it to an artwork.
2/ It's often one rather common aspect, like: japanese townhouse architecture. And one surprising/unusual, like: a giant ass octopus. 🐙
