It's a new PFP!

@ZfireArt This is Tornade Kid. He'd like to spin his way into this collab.

Pose doesn't matter, although ideally his lower half of his body should be turned into a tornado (kinda like what's depicted on the right).

I finally figured out how to do some palette editing... stuff.

And, naturally, I'm using my palette editing skills on some bootleg NES games.
