@KyraMNelson We have the cultural idea that grimdark stuff is more serious and realistic than lighthearted stuff. But the fact of the matter is that something like this, for example, is neither serious nor realistic. In fact it's kind of silly.

@erehweb This is true--we regular people didn't really have any control over these big corporate acquisitions. But our part of the deal with the devil is the way a lot of people have sanctioned and even praised these monopolies as if they're a good thing.
