Almost 13 years between these 2 marvel covers.
Firestar was my first job for a US publisher and the start of a new path where I found so much love, respect and challenges.
I hope I grew a lot and will go on still.

flashback on creation of MS MARVEL cover, a while ago.
I did sketches on ipad and painted it in Singapore, with watercolor inks. Took a HD picture of it and run it through photoshop. then the graphist had to find a way around the uncollaborative placement of the subject

I am trying to be more adventurous with colors lately and find a looser way to paint. I hope you like it.
