Today's update isn't and never will be 100% confirmed, it's just something to think about. So Wobbuffet, kind of a weird looking Pokemon, right? Basically has two heads. It also doesn't appear in the Gen 2 Proto... or does it?

And restored art of Ken Sugimori's Mr Fuji from the TCG. Note how Pikachu was in an odd state between its white stomach design and the the later Gen 1 style seen on the Yellow boxart.

Weird update time! In the Gen 2 Demo, Muk's backsprite has its hand raised somewhat while in the final it has it raised up high. That final sprite was updated for Gen 3 as most were, but something weird happened. FRLG redrew a few Pokemon, but Muk's was taken from the Gen 2 demo!

All Pokemon that were voted on are also circled in the sprite chart. Most of those circles were erased in the zoomed-out version, but we can still see remnants of them. The orb Pokemon has traces of a circle around it, so it must be named in the voting list.

Had never noticed how a few of the final Gold sprites were redrawn Blue sprites. Huh, neat.
