#365daysofselfcare Day 1072. Used more ear spray&took painkillers for my ears. Went to a cave with my family. Wasn't a v good idea, there's something unnerving being in a cave with sore ears,didn't think the pressure would change that much 🤔. Watched a beautiful sunset after.
#365daysofselfcare Day 940. Went for a walk, treated myself to a new book in town. Did some painting. Also caught up on writing some intentions for May in my diary.
#365daysofselfcare Day 894. Had a shower. Felt I should have gone in to work as it was a colleague's last day but I wasn't scheduled in today. Feel guilty for not seeing her today but I know we will keep in touch. Did some painting to try to distract myself from my thoughts...
#365daysofselfcare Day 519. Grateful for a day off today. Had a bit of a lie in, had a shower, then had a good chat with my mum and sister. Went with them for a little shopping and then did some painting.
