I feel like not enough #paleoart includes gnarly looking natural scars like a lot of animals pick up over their lifetimes. So, I decided to mess up this guy's hand. Any guesses at the species?

#Paleoart reconstruction of Megalosaurus bucklandii, the first dinosaur ever formally named! Super proud of the colours on this one tbh, and it turned out a much bigger animal than I had thought! The anatomy and proportions are referenced from Scott Hartman's skeletal diagram.
