Is the #Quarter_system essentially for women? Isn't it reverse discrimination if it isn't simple and content-related? It is important to ensure equality of opportunity, not equality of outcome (Quarter system).

#クオーター制 って本質的に女性の為になるのか。質実ともに内容の伴ったものでなければ逆差別ではないのか。結果の平等（クオーター制）ではなくチャンスの平等を担保する事が肝要だ。

自分の務めている組織の醜聞を聞くほど気分の悪いことはない。夢も希望も持って毎日精勤しているのに…。

「#まん防（#まん延防止等重点措置）」だろうが「#緊急事態宣言」だろうが我が事として取り組む自立した社会人には感染防止の意味で大差無い。一方感染防止は他人事の人は何れにしても関係無い。結局我が事として考えられるか否かが要点だ。頼れるものは自律心。
