何かの運動って言えば「署名だ！」となる。法的に定められた署名は別として、ほかに合法的な意思表示の手段はないものか。署名を募る側も乱発ぎみ。しかも署名を依頼される側も署名疲れ。これでは数を集めるのも困難で有意な結果を得るのは無理だ。

NHK #日曜討論 を視聴中。結局、政府や他人に云々言われないと自分の行動を制御できない意識の低い人はコロナ禍に於いて個人レベルで高リスク。最早緊急事態宣言の問題ではない。しかし、企業や官公庁の活動は宣言に左右されるので解除後の揺り戻しが怖い。
