I'm increasingly not around much here but it's always nice (+professionally productive ;) to see all the great work people are producing.

When I'm not doing my day job (storyboard artist) I'm working for the @OldKingsCrown and drawing characters that look a little like this.

So more art completed today.
I'm having such a lovely time designing these characters!

I've worked as a character artist before but it was much earlier in my career, so it has been fun to try and rub off that rust and a grapple with the challenge.

Hey everyone, hope you're all well! I've not been enjoying the shortened daylight but I have been liking the blustery, keen air around here.

Here's a quick colour sketch/paint over did yesterday, blocking out some colour ideas for some @OldKingsCrown character art

I've been illustrating this card game and as a wee part of my wedding present to my little brother I snuck him, his then fiancé (now wife!!) and their dog/my best pal in the world, Stanley, into one of the cards.

I promise the other part of my present was more normal/useful ;)

Thanks to the FAB @france_plants who handled the majority of the colouring here. All hard work and talent, before I clattered in to do a final pass.
