I love One Piece, DC media (especially movies and comics), and high fantasy media (LOTR, GOT, Stormlight Archive and more), though my interests keep evolving
Whether it's Lex Luthor fighting Batman in Rules of Engagement or Deathstroke fighting Green Arrow in Arrow, switching things up with the rogues of other heroes is a fun way to bring in fresh and innovative stories that haven't been done before
The fact that being the last son of Krypton burdens Superman with an unbearable loneliness but also imbues him with an almost selfish sense of pride makes his character so complex and interesting
The "magical", "human", "hopeful", and "optimistic" moments in a comic work best when they're preceded by moments of darkness and tragedy that push superheros to their mental and physical limits
I feel the need to remind comic book fans once again that Batman doesn't kill before or after Batman V Superman, he had a brief period where he was close to losing his humanity during which time he broke his no-kill rule to kill criminals who were opposing him
