What if Vent only had these 3 forms and his game was balanced around it?
These are basically the ones you use most (X Form replaces what Zx and Hx don’t on replays) so just split the forms in half so each character has a different experience.

(I thought there were more girls in 4 but I guess it was just them, half of them are just in 5 now...In a post SF3 world we can't expect a ton of new characters, I guess.)
