I just get bored playing the prime games. They’re slow paced and when i beat it i don’t think about wanting to replay it. I like metroid for the speed and action, primarily.

@quest__boy1 There’s lots of metroid designs that emphasize looking cool over being useful. Samus’s shoulders make no sense and on the dark suit look like big tires. Alot of prime aliens have pointless random things on the armor. Ravenbeak’s suit emphasizes form (crown serves no function).

Reposting these four mockups of how I'd like my Mega Man Wily Wars Rom Hack to turn out. I want to fix how Proto Man / Break Man / Blues is too short in the game.

I've found some old Rom Hacking posts discussing what implementation would look like, but nothing to get me started.

makes a sprite edit of protoman being the proper height in the wily wars art style (and adjusting him to more resemble mega man's color depth)

Made a sprite edit of Alia in the style of the PSX Mega Man X games using the Memory Card Icon from X6 and Injured Female Reploid as base sprites.

Drew Julie-Su from the old Archie Sonic Comics with a redesign. Wanted to turn her gun into a hand cannon thing but I'm not happy with how that looks.
