I don't know if I had talked myself into it or if the doodles really didn't look "alive" if I didn't draw the whole figure. That's taking too long. I'm animating only the pieces that absolutely need to move. The work load is much easier & It's not as bad as I had feared!

I forgot if you make a MOV in Flash it doesn't translate to GIFs. The eyes didn't blink and the mouth didn't move. Surprisingly, more accurate to the show than you'd think!

Doodle the body parts in photoshop and throw'em together in the animation program. Except the eyes and beak. I was like, "It's not bad." Made the GIF to post...
