I keep getting asked about Floriography in pop culture, so here's a recent fav (Enola Holmes spoiler alert!)
In the end scene with Enola's mom, she is wearing a dress with pansies, which mean, "you occupy my thoughts": A sweet way of signaling that she thinks of Enola often.
Passionflower, one of the (many many many) flowers included in my upcoming book, Floriography: An Illustrated Guide to the Victorian Language of Flowers, published by @andrewsmcmeel . It comes out TUESDAY! More info: https://t.co/WclIiAc06I
We're just about a month away from the publication date of A Natural History of Fairies! Here's a sneak peek at one of my favorite spreads: the desert fairies! Written by Emily Hawkins and published by @QuartoKids and you can preorder here: https://t.co/ZPTHUHiPnw
An illustration from my NEW 2021 calendar!! I just put up a preorder in my shop to help gauge interest, since holiday shows are likely not happening this year. Find it and see all the artwork here! https://t.co/eD0hz1B77X
A page from my book, Floriography (out September 15th and published by @andrewsmcmeel!) The book contains a section on assembling bouquets with various flowers from the text to show how you can pair flowers together to create coded messages. This one is A Bouquet for Bitter Ends.

Light Magic, a new label illustration for @heirloomrustic and inspired by magic lanterns. Each of the little circle slides is a label I illustrated for them previously! So a fun little throwback (and it was a lot of fun to draw them again, but tiny).
