I like how the AI is hallucinating and made up simple shapes, but also I want to keep as much of the original. Maybe this is good for low poly... the details is made on the fly by AI.

Probably "Dream UV" addon could also be used together with a model, to give that look generated with AI via depth. I have not tried multiple projections... ideally EYEK addon is updated or Blender has multiprojection system utilizing StableDiffusion depth or SD3...
