Friday sketch… Skiddaw.

A snapshot of bird paintings from this last year, it was a busy one! Taking a break now and wishing everyone an enjoyable Festive Season.

Worked a little more on this today. Still not “done” though …..acrylic and watercolour ink on 56x76 cm watercolour sheet.

First paint thrown in the new studio. Getting back to work gradually by working big and loose. Acrylic ink and soft pastel on 57x77cm watercolour sheet. Just marks and shapes of a watery landscape I carry in my mind.
