• Overall Thoughts and Conclusion

The hack was in development were probably going for months; Sonic 1 Delta being released on July 20th 2020 for SAGE 2020.
Kudos to everyone involved and congratulations on the release. This ROM hack is simply amazing. An 8/10 from me.

Using Marble Zone as an example, here's what Marble Zone looks like from morning to night.

Visually, everything has been improved on quite a bit. Noticing tiny little details like shading in the backgrounds or Sonic's own skidding frames is very nice. The unused enemies look great and accurate too. The day to night cycles are implemented, and so are zone transitions.

• Art & Animation

Everything about this ROM hack is full of references, appearances and assets of concept art and the recently discovered Sonic 1 beta build. Here's a few screenshots of them. Not gonna show all of them.
