While thankfully many people like @ncdraw @Tomozaurus @MaijaKarala or @JulianPalaeoART bring paleobotany into the consciousness of paleoartists, and I myself try to open people up to the fine arts I think there is still an untapped potential when it comes to geology in paleoart.

I advocate for more openness in paleoart towards the fine arts and a good example for this is this piece. While it is for some people obvious that I based it roughly on "Watson and the shark", I also got a lot of comments that thought WWB or another documentary was my inspiration
