In the livestream, the girl is also said to be close friends with Zhongli and Baal. Her appearance closely resembles that of Yae Sakura from Honkai, who is, like Guuji Yae, a shrine maiden and (fox) spirit. Adding everything up, it definitely seems like we're looking at Yae.
