7. #Duval - He is a comic relief but kinda cool! He protected Sunny while the timeskip, got kicked so hard by Sanji he turned handsome, he rides a Bison for transport, his men use flying fish for travel, he can't wink. Not cool: he (used to?) kidnap people and sell them?

4. #Iceburg - major of the city of water, Water Seven, shipwright, has his own company, owns a pet mouse? he just found, adopted & named Tyrannosaurus. He rarely feels like working and rather shows some pirates around his shipyard. He can be serious if necessary too. Still a goof

2. #Jinbe - because everyone loves Jinbe. That is just a fact. Because he is awesome. He can karate, breath under water (fishman) can summon whale sharks, is a helmsman.

@malar_key 1. #Kuzan - Former Admiral (Aokiji - Blue Pheasant), has the ice-ice fruit, like to use his bike, like to sleep on random places, has a pet penguin (a bird). Sometimes a bit perverted but that is weird so let's ignore that.
